Steed Studio uygulama ve oyunlarında verilerin nasıl işlendiği: neyi topladığımız, neyi toplamadığımız ve haklarınız.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Halit Gümüş tarafından "Steed Studio" adıyla yayınlanan mobil uygulamalar, oyunlar ve ilgili hizmetler (birlikte "Uygulamalar"; "biz", "bize" veya "bizim") için geçerlidir. Her Uygulama aynı veriyi işlemez. Aşağıdaki bölümler, bir özellik bir Uygulamada bulunduğunda ve siz onu kullandığınızda ne olduğunu açıklar. Uygulamaya özel durum 4. bölümdeki tabloda yer alır.

Kısaca

Yalnızca gerçekten gereken veriyi işleriz

Oyunlarımız (Sled Rocket, Safari Rider ve Araknia) şu anda hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz: hesap, reklam, analitik veya takip yoktur ve oyunlar hiçbir izin istemez. Elmas satın almaları tamamen App Store / Google Play üzerinden yapılır; oyun ilerlemeniz ve bakiyeniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Sled Rocket ve Safari Rider’ın sıralama tabloları Game Center / Google Play Games üzerinden çalışır. Bir Uygulamaya ileride reklam veya analitik eklenirse bu politikayı ve App Store gizlilik bilgilerini önceden güncelleriz. Kişisel verilerinizi asla satmayız.

01Kapsam

Steed Studio farklı ihtiyaçları olan farklı ürünler yayınlar. Bu politika mevcut ve gelecekteki tüm Uygulamaları kapsar; ancak her Uygulamanın her veri türünü topladığı anlamına gelmez.

Bir Uygulama tamamen cihazınızda çalışıyorsa, ilgili veriler cihazınızda kalır.
Bir Uygulamada satın alma, reklam, analitik, skor tablosu, bulut kayıt veya destek talebi gibi özellikler varsa, yalnızca bu özellikleri sağlamak için gereken veriyi işleriz.
Bir Uygulama cihaz izni isterse (ör. bildirimler), bu izni yalnızca izin ekranında belirtilen amaç için kullanır.
steedstudio.com web sitesi çerez, analitik veya takip kullanmaz. İleride anonim ziyaret istatistikleri eklenirse çerez veya cihaz parmak izi kullanılmaz ve bu politika önceden güncellenir.
Müşterilerimiz için geliştirdiğimiz uygulama ve web siteleri o müşteriler tarafından yayınlanır; veri sorumlusu müşteridir ve müşterinin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

02Toplayabileceğimiz bilgiler

Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca ilgili özellik bir Uygulamada mevcutsa işlenir:

Oyun ve uygulama verileri

Oyun ilerlemesi, seviyeler, skorlar, ayarlar ve tercihler. Bunlar varsayılan olarak yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Bulut kayıt veya skor tablosu açıksa: Game Center oyuncu kimliği ve takma adı, iCloud'a kaydedilen oyun verileri.

Cihaz ve teknik veriler

Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil, bölge, çökme kayıtları ve performans verileri (analitik veya çökme raporlama kullanılıyorsa).
Uygulamaya özel, anonim kimlikler (ör. analitik veya satın alma doğrulaması için). Reklam kimliğini (IDFA) kullanmayız.

Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar (ör. coin veya elmas paketleri) Apple tarafından işlenir. Ürün kimliği, işlem bilgisi ve satın alma durumu gibi bilgileri görebiliriz.
Kart numaranızı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman almayız ve saklamayız.

Destek ve iletişim

Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz, mesajınızın içeriği ve paylaştığınız ekran görüntüleri veya cihaz bilgileri.

03Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Uygulamaların temel özelliklerini sağlamak: oyun, ilerleme kaydı, skor tabloları, satın almalar ve destek.
Uygulamaları çalıştırmak, güvenliğini sağlamak, hataları bulmak ve iyileştirmek.
Satın almaları, sanal para bakiyelerini ve iadeleri yönetmek.
Hile, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
Yasal yükümlülüklere ve App Store kurallarına uymak.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için kullanmayız.

04Uygulamaya özel durum

Her Uygulamanın bugünkü durumu aşağıdadır. Bir özellik eklendiğinde bu tabloyu, uygulama güncellemesi yayınlanmadan önce güncelleriz.

05Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Bir Uygulamada ilgili özellik varsa aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışabiliriz. Bu sağlayıcılar veriyi yalnızca bize hizmet sunmak için ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına uygun şekilde işler.

06Reklam ve takip

Sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama ve web sitelerinde takip etmeyiz. Bu nedenle Uygulamalarımız App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izni istemez ve reklam kimliğinizi (IDFA) kullanmaz.
Bir Uygulamada reklam gösterilirse bu reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir: profilinize göre değil, uygulamanın içeriğine ve yaklaşık konuma göre seçilir.
Reklamlar aileye uygun içerik ayarlarıyla gösterilir.
İleride takibe dayalı reklam kullanmaya karar verirsek, önce bu politikayı güncelleriz ve iznini cihaz üzerinden açıkça isteriz.

07Paylaşım

Bilgileri yalnızca şu sınırlı durumlarda paylaşırız:

Kullandığınız özellikleri çalıştıran hizmet sağlayıcılarla (5. bölüm).
Skor tablosu gibi bir özelliği bilerek kullandığınızda diğer oyuncularla (ör. Game Center takma adınız ve skorunuz).
Yasanın, mahkeme kararının veya yetkili makamların gerektirdiği durumlarda; ya da güvenliği, haklarımızı veya kullanıcılarımızı korumak için.

08Saklama ve silme

Cihazdaki veriler: Oyun ilerlemesi gibi yalnızca cihazınızda tutulan veriler, uygulamayı silene veya uygulama içinden sıfırlayana kadar cihazınızda kalır.
iCloud / Game Center: Bu veriler Apple hesabınızda saklanır; iCloud ve Game Center ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve silebilirsiniz.
Destek e-postaları: Talebinizi yanıtlamak için gerektiği sürece saklanır.
Satın alma kayıtları: Apple tarafından ve vergi/muhasebe yükümlülükleri için gereken süre boyunca tutulur.
Analitik ve çökme verileri: Kullanılıyorsa, sağlayıcının saklama süresiyle sınırlıdır (genellikle en fazla 14 ay).

Uygulamalarımızda şu anda kullanıcı hesabı yoktur. İleride hesap eklenirse, hesabınızı ve ilgili verileri uygulama içinden silebilmeniz sağlanır. Herhangi bir veri silme talebi için info@steedstudio.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

09Güvenlik

Verileri korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız; bunlar arasında aktarım sırasında şifreleme ve güvenilir hizmet sağlayıcıların kullanımı vardır. Ancak hiçbir aktarım veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir.

10Haklarınız

Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak (ör. Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi, AB/AEA'da GDPR, ABD'nin bazı eyaletlerinde CCPA/CPRA) şu haklara sahip olabilirsiniz:

Hakkınızda kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, verilere erişme ve kopyasını alma.
Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini veya verilerin silinmesini isteme.
Belirli işlemelere itiraz etme veya bunları kısıtlama; verdiğiniz izni geri alma.
Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü tarafları öğrenme.
Yetkili veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma.

Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için info@steedstudio.com adresine yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kimliğinizi doğrulamamız gerekebilir.

11Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulamalarımız her yaştan kullanıcıya uygun olacak şekilde (ör. App Store'da 4+) tasarlanmıştır, ancak App Store'un "Çocuklar" kategorisinde yer almaz ve özel olarak çocuklara yönelik değildir.

13 yaşından (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaştan) küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
Reklam gösterilen Uygulamalarda yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş ve aileye uygun reklamlar kullanılır; takip yapılmaz.
Uygulama içi satın almalar, Apple'ın Aile Paylaşımı ve "Satın Almadan Önce Sor" gibi ebeveyn denetimleriyle yönetilebilir.

Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız info@steedstudio.com adresinden bize ulaşın; veriyi sileriz.

12Yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız (ör. Apple, Google) verileri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar, KVKK ve GDPR gibi yürürlükteki mevzuatın öngördüğü güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşmeler) dayanılarak yapılır.

13Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz ve gerektiğinde ilgili Uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yaparız. Yeni bir veri işleme (ör. reklam veya analitik) eklendiğinde, bu politika söz konusu uygulama güncellemesinden önce güncellenir.

How data is handled across Steed Studio apps and games: what we collect, what we don't, and your rights.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile apps, games and related services published by Halit Gümüş under the name "Steed Studio" (together, the "Apps"; "we", "us" or "our"). Not every App processes the same data. The sections below explain what happens when a feature exists in an App and you choose to use it. The current status of each App is shown in the table in section 4.

In short

We only process the data that is truly needed

Our games (Sled Rocket, Safari Rider and Araknia) currently collect no personal data: there are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and the games ask for no permissions. Gem and diamond purchases are handled entirely by the App Store / Google Play; your game progress and balance are stored only on your device. Sled Rocket’s and Safari Rider’s leaderboards run on Game Center / Google Play Games. If ads or analytics are added to an App in the future, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details beforehand. We never sell your personal data.

01Scope

Steed Studio publishes different products with different needs. This policy covers all current and future Apps, without implying that every App collects every type of data.

If an App works entirely on your device, the related data stays on your device.
If an App offers features such as purchases, ads, analytics, leaderboards, cloud saves or support requests, we only process the data needed to provide those features.
If an App requests a device permission (e.g. notifications), it uses that permission only for the purpose shown in the permission prompt.
The steedstudio.com website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If anonymous visit statistics are added in the future, they will not use cookies or device fingerprinting, and this policy will be updated first.
Apps and websites we build for clients are published by those clients, who are the data controllers for them; the client's own privacy policy applies.

02Information we may collect

The following data is processed only if the related feature exists in an App:

Game and app data

Game progress, levels, scores, settings and preferences. By default these are stored only on your device.
If cloud saves or leaderboards are enabled: your Game Center player ID and nickname, and game data saved to iCloud.

Device and technical data

Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, crash logs and performance data (if analytics or crash reporting is used).
Anonymous, app-scoped identifiers (e.g. for analytics or purchase validation). We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Purchases

In-app purchases (e.g. coin or gem packs) are processed by Apple. We may see information such as the product ID, transaction details and purchase status.
We never receive or store your card number or payment details.

Support and communication

If you email us: your email address, the content of your message and any screenshots or device details you share.

03How we use information

To provide the core features of the Apps: gameplay, saving progress, leaderboards, purchases and support.
To operate, secure, debug and improve the Apps.
To manage purchases, virtual currency balances and refunds.
To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations and App Store rules.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for personalized advertising.

04App-specific status

The current status of each App is listed below. When a feature is added, we update this table before the app update is released.

05Third-party services

When an App includes the related feature, we may work with the service providers below. They process data only to provide services to us and in line with their own privacy policies.

06Advertising and tracking

We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites. That is why our Apps do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and do not use your advertising identifier (IDFA).
If an App shows ads, they are non-personalized: chosen based on the app's content and approximate location, not on a profile of you.
Ads are served with family-friendly content settings.
If we ever decide to use tracking-based ads, we will update this policy first and explicitly ask for your permission on your device.

07Sharing

We share information only in these limited cases:

With service providers that run the features you use (section 5).
With other players when you knowingly use a feature such as leaderboards (e.g. your Game Center nickname and score).
When required by law, court order or competent authorities, or to protect safety, our rights or our users.

08Retention and deletion

On-device data: Data kept only on your device, such as game progress, stays there until you delete the app or reset it in the app.
iCloud / Game Center: This data is stored in your Apple account; you can manage and delete it in your iCloud and Game Center settings.
Support emails: Kept as long as needed to answer your request.
Purchase records: Kept by Apple and for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations.
Analytics and crash data: If used, limited to the provider's retention period (usually no more than 14 months).

Our Apps currently have no user accounts. If accounts are added in the future, you will be able to delete your account and related data from within the app. For any data deletion request, email info@steedstudio.com.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and trusted service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. Article 11 of Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the GDPR in the EU/EEA, or the CCPA/CPRA in some US states), you may have the right to:

Know whether personal data about you is processed, access it and get a copy.
Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or for your data to be deleted.
Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you have given.
Learn which third parties your data has been transferred to.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority).

To exercise these rights, email info@steedstudio.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest. We may need to verify your identity.

11Children's privacy

Our Apps are designed to be suitable for all ages (e.g. rated 4+ on the App Store), but they are not listed in the App Store's Kids category and are not directed specifically at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Apps that show ads use only non-personalized, family-friendly ads, with no tracking.
In-app purchases can be managed with Apple parental controls such as Family Sharing and Ask to Buy.

If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at info@steedstudio.com and we will delete it.

12International transfers

Our service providers (e.g. Apple, Google) may process data on servers outside Turkey. These transfers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as the KVKK and the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

13Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the relevant App. When new data processing (e.g. ads or analytics) is added, this policy is updated before that app update is released.
